1. Purpose

This policy sets forth the principles of business conduct and ethics that all Airtek employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders must uphold. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, fairness, transparency, and legal compliance in every aspect of our operations.

3.1 Legal Compliance

We strictly adhere to all applicable laws, industry regulations, environmental standards, and trade controls in every country where we operate.

3.2 Integrity & Honesty

All business activities must be conducted with honesty, fairness, and transparency. We do not tolerate fraud, bribery, corruption, or misrepresentation.

3.3 Anti-Bribery & Corruption

Airtek prohibits any form of bribery, kickbacks, or unlawful incentives. Gifts or hospitality offered or received must be modest, lawful, and aligned with business norms.

3.4 Conflict of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests. Any potential conflict must be disclosed to management promptly.

3.5 Confidentiality

All sensitive company, client, and partner information must be handled with strict confidentiality and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

3.6 Fair Competition

We compete lawfully and ethically. We do not engage in collusion, price-fixing, or unfair trade practices.


4. Employee Conduct

All employees are expected to:

  • Follow this policy and all internal codes of conduct
  • Report any unethical or illegal behavior
  • Treat coworkers, customers, and stakeholders with respect and dignity
  • Uphold the company’s reputation and values at all times

5. Financial Integrity

All financial transactions must be:

  • Accurately recorded and reported
  • Compliant with accounting standards and tax laws
  • Free from manipulation or falsification

Airtek’s finance department is responsible for maintaining robust internal controls and audit procedures.


6. Environmental Responsibility

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we:

  • Design and deliver energy-efficient, eco-friendly HVAC systems
  • Ensure our operations reduce waste, emissions, and energy consumption
  • Comply with all environmental regulations and safety standards

7. Workplace Ethics & Culture

9. Training & Awareness

Airtek will conduct regular training and workshops to ensure all employees understand:

10. Non-Retaliation

We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Disciplinary actions will be taken against individuals found guilty of retaliation or unethical behavior.


11. Disciplinary Action

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Warnings or suspension
  • Termination of employment or contracts
  • Legal prosecution, if applicable

12. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with legal updates, industry best practices, and company values.
